Congresswoman Ching Bernos Continues Support Through DOLE AKAP Program in Abra

The third batch of payouts under the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) was disbursed to eligible families, primarily targeting struggling parents of college students in the province.
